The concept
How Festival Front Row works
Festival Front Row is the online arm of the festival circuit: a dedicated place for the films a festival has programmed to be seen beyond the screening room, by audiences who could not be in the room.
STEP 1
Festivals choose the programme
Our partner festivals select the films that make their line-up, on the same criteria as their live screenings.
STEP 2
The programme goes online
For the festival's screening window the whole line-up is available on Genera Player, wherever you are.
STEP 3
You take your seat
Take a curated batch or the full festival pass, and watch from home for the length of the window.
STEP 4
Filmmakers are paid
The majority of every sale goes to the filmmakers, with the festival taking a share for its programme.
How you can get them
Ways to watch a programme
Festival films are watched with a pass: take a curated batch or the whole programme. Both are rentals that play from your Genera Player account, so you can watch on the device you already use.
Pick up a batch
A curated group of films from one programme, rented together for one set price and watched for the length of the window.
Take the full pass
One price for the entire festival programme, so nothing in the line-up passes you by.
